Ingredients
Mango-15
Rock salt-2 tb sp
Chilli powder -3 tb sp
Fenugreek -1 1/2 tb sp
Mustard -2 1/2 tb sp
Gingilee oil-1/2 lt
Vinigar-3 tb sp
Method
Cut the mangoes into small pieces and add rock salt.
Mix well and dry in hot sun for 3 days stirring from time to time.
Dry roast Fenugreek and mustard until mustard splatters.Grind to a fine powder.Now add gingilee oil and do not overheat the oil.Now add rest of the mustard seeds and when it starts to splatter add chilli powder and Fenugreek, mustard powder.Then remove from heat and pour over the mango pieces.Add vinigar and mix well.After it is cool.....store in a airtight container and refrigerate.
