He told me "If you reframe disruption and uncertainty and just consider that to be a constant, there's no such thing as uncertain times, there's basically always impermanence and transience and change, it's a constant ... so uncertainty is a certainty and the way we think is important ... if we couldn't choose, if there was no uncertainty, it's because everything was predetermined, we would have no choice.

He launched the bank’s US M&A practice in San Francisco, having built its European Technology & Digital investment banking franchises in London and Paris.
After a Masters in Corporate & International Finance from the University of Durham in the UK, Roger qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has lived in 10 different cities across three continents, and is bilingual English & French.
