A few seconds after switching on, left channel clipped the signal 0:00.
Green wire on stereo 1/4" jack (0:08) is connected to black RCA (0:14), which is connected into left side of stereo STE-A input - distorted signal 0:22.
Red wire on stereo 1/4" jack (0:29) is connected to red RCA (0:35), which is connected into right side of stereo STE-A input - beautiful signal 0:43.
FOLIO Notepad PCB 0:50. Stereo IN - OUT section 0:57.
Left 5532 (which represents stereo STE-A input) is faulty 1:03. IC5 was removed 1:10 and inserted 8-pin socket 1:17. I didn't have 5532 at the time and used TL072 which works just fine.
Now both channels are working as they should 1:32 to 2:07.
And Debussy is also satisfied.
IIRC two inputs of this faulty IC5 were short-circuited, so probably one or both input protection diodes were burnt out

It is interesting to note that this little mixer has also the option of connecting the turntable on both stereo inputs (STE-A, STE-B).

Debussy's Faun was played with Korg M1-EX, patch Hard flute I-72, but actually I changed multisound 138-Hard flute to 27-Pan flute (which exists also in standard Korg M1 multisound list).
