On this video i will show you how i prepare mi recipe of carne enchilada, exelent for making tacos, the meat i use for this video is pork loin flattend with a
meat flattener of course you can use chicken of beef, enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 lb ( 1 kg) pork loin flattened
6 guajillo peppers
4 puya peppers
1/2 teasp cumin
1/2 teasp oregano
1/2 teasp black pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 small onion
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar white or apple
