The very first nighttime Pride parade on a mountain!
Have you ever seen or heard of a nighttime Pride parade on a mountain? I hadn't either, but I got to experience it at Peak Pride in Silver Star, BC and I'm sharing what it was like with you in this YouTube video! This festival was the perfect combination of winter sports and fabulousness, with skiers hitting the slopes with all kinds of rainbow accessories. It was a fun few days for members of the LGBTQ+ community and the many allies who were there, visiting this mountain resort in British Columbia's north Okanagan region!
