I got to read a book during Pride Storytime at the Jasper Public Library and became surprisingly emotional during it! I had to hold back the tears a couple times as I read to the kids about a little boy who felt different and how he dealt with those feelings. That was just one of the activities I took part in during the Jasper Pride & Ski Festival, which you'll see in this YouTube video of my visit!

Jasper is a diverse and inclusive community in Alberta, Canada and they welcome visitors from all over the world. That includes LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, with businesses proudly displaying Pride stickers during their 10 day festival. You can learn more about Jasper at https://www.jasper.travel and their Pride at https://jasperpride.ca

Another version of this video that includes the restaurants we ate at is also airing on TV in Canada. OUTtv is the Canadian LGBTQ TV station and they're showing 4 minute episodes of my trips in between regular programming in a segment called "Josh Rimer Travels". There are over 1.2 million Canadians who have that TV channel and my series airs on it almost every day, keeping viewers updated on LGBT-friendly destinations that they should consider checking out too!
