We flew across the country to see a musical!
My best friend Mary and I flew from Vancouver to Ottawa to see the Canadian premiere of Pretty Woman: The Musical! We go to the premiere of each Broadway Across Canada show when it comes to Vancouver so it was extra exciting to be among the first in the country to see this one. And we spent some extra time in our nation's capital to check it out as well!
Thanks to MP Taleeb Noormohamed for getting us into Question Period. We also got a free tour of the Senate, a $10 tour of the Royal Canadian Mint, and paid $20 to get into the National Gallery - so we found plenty of interesting and inexpensive things to do while we were there!
