Napoli's Arek Milik Suffers ACL Injury? Out Long Term? | Reaction Video
Reports are growing that Napoli's young striker, Arkadiusz Milik tore his ACL in a match while on duty with his national side, Poland.
If reports are true, Milik would be out months after the surgery to repair his knee. Napoli would have to sign a free agent striker as a backup as they move forward with Manolo Gabbiadini as the new starting striker. Lorenzo Insigne may be an option up front, despite his size. Napoli may have to make another striker move in January.
Milik's injury is detrimental to Napoli's UEFA Champions League hopes and any hope of winning a Scudetto in the Serie A. Gabbiadini is more than capable of scoring and producing, but Milik was off to a sensational start with Napoli scoring 7 goals.
We will see what is to come for Napoli. Will they look to Antonio Di Natale, as a temporary veteran replacement?
