Max Plyo is ridiculous! As you see in this video some of the moves are just absolutely nuts! Sure you may not be lifting weights but that doesn't mean you won't be challenged with resistance moves, mainly challenging push-up variations.
Shaun T Insanity is the real deal, I thought month one was pretty cool, month two walks all over month one!
