Yup, you knew this was coming.
IVE released a new single (and announced an upcoming EP) after half a year, and I’ve been obsessed with I since about three hours ago. So because I’m an “artist”- in the heaviest of air quotes- I decided to speed run making an English cover.
Why? Well, one, the views, but two, I think this song can connect to a lot of people. You know, I think we all sometimes feel like we’re ten different personalities and that we don’t want to accept those parts of us.
Ultimately though, they’re still us, even if it’s hard to accept, and either way, we can still be amazing even when we’re not alike. After all, what’s being human if not that?
Anyways, if y’all haven’t done it yet, listen to the actual song. I really recommend it- Wonyoung, Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Liz, and Leeseo did phenomenal like always and the concept is so fresh for IVE and I think it really says something.
