era xii: fate - (g)i-dle (english cover)
i'm writing this description late at night and i have to wake up early tomorrow, so i'll make this short.
this is my cover of "Fate". it's probably my favorite song on the "2" album, and it also fits in with this new era of covers i'm planning.
the last era, "MEMENTO MORI", was based around the idea of breaking away from the past. this era isn't that deep. i kinda tired myself out with always having to do something deep and coherent with my art and it's jus like "i don't care, i just want to make stuff i want to make", you know?
so, that's what "a l o n e" is supposed to be. just a compilation of songs i like. as it happens, a lot of them are about similar topics, like loneliness and self love- i gotta keep some consistency- but for the most part, i'm just gonna sing what i like to sing.
the next song is probably going to be either an english cover of "Always be ^o^" by Einshine and StaticP, an english cover of "One Room Disco" by Perfume, or a cover of "The Alchemy" by Taylor Swift. yeah, like i said, this is gonna be a weird era, just roll with it.
also, before you ask, yes, the art is based on that one scene from SpongeBob where Squidward breaks through time and ends up in basically the backrooms. also, while we're here, my dream role in a musical is Squidward from the SpongeBob Squarepants Musical, like he's literally me you guys, also his song gobbled the stage UP.
