Welcome back to the channel for another week! Today we're making gingerbread Christmas cookies. They're delicious and very easy to make, plus they're a classic must-have on the dessert table this holiday season ✨
Here are the quantities for the recipe (makes approximately 30 cookies) 🥄:
🔸 For the dough:
◽ 50g muscovado sugar
◽ 30g white sugar
◽ 250g all-purpose flour
◽ 100g margarine
◽ 1 tsp cinnamon
◽ 1 or 2 tsp grated ginger
◽ Nutmeg to taste
◽ A pinch of salt
◽ Vanilla extract
◽ 1/2 tsp baking powder
◽ 50g carob flour
🔸 For the glaze:
◽ Powdered sugar
◽ Lemon juice c/n
