Cabbage with smoked ham 🥬🍲 🇬🇧 & 🇷🇴 👇
Ingredients:
3 kg of cabbage
a cup of water
4-5 tablespoons of oil or 2-3 tablespoons of lard
800-1kg smoked ham
1 large onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
4-5 tablespoons of tomato paste
200 g of red bell pepper paste or 2 red bell peppers
dill, thyme, salt, pepper
Served, of course, with polenta and hot peppers but the peppers didn't arrive in time for the photo session.. 🤭🙃

✨ Varză cu ciolan afumat
Ingrediente:
3 kg varza
o ceașcă de apă
4-5 linguri de ulei sau 2-3 linguri de untură
1kg ciolan afumat (un ciolan cu os)
1 ceapă mare
3-4 căței de usturoi
4-5 linguri pastă de tomate
200 gr pastă de ardei sau 2 ardei roșii
mărar, cimbru, sare, piper
Servită, desigur, cu mămăligă și ardei iute dar ardeiul nu a ajuns în timp util pentru ședința foto.. 🤭🙃
