FROZEN JUNGLE BIRD
▫️.75 oz 2:1 Piloncillo Syrup (any rich syrup will work)
🍋🟩.75 oz Lime Juice
💥.5 oz Bitter Italian Liqueur (I used Campari)
🇯🇲1.5 Jamaican Rum (I used Kingston White but you could get even funkier with it)
🍍~1 cup Frozen Pineapple
❄️.5 cup Crushed Ice (sometimes more, follow your heart)
Garnish w/ spritz of Wray & Nephew overproof rum, pineapple fronds, & Campari rock candy. CHEERS!
