Remember: The poly count is very important thing in the curve surface modeling process. Sometimes make deforms with a low poly count, On the other hand, high poly count meshes are harder to control and manage.
Note: In this case, I Using the Turbosmooth to increase the polycount. but Turbosmooth is not a Subdivision modifier. Its primary function is to smooth the geometry.
