8mm film by George Devlin, this film shows a snow covered Buffalo, NY, circa the end of WWII. Originally synched with the song Moonlight Serenade by Glenn Miller and his Orchestra from 1938, but the audio blocked the video, so I replaced it with a YouTube alternative.
