INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Can Pillsbury Pizza Dough
• 1 bag Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 15-20 Pepperoni
• 1/2 cup ground beef
• 1/2 medium Diced Onion
• 1/2 medium Diced Green Pepper
• 1 tbsp Smoked Q Rock's Anytime Seasoning | https://shop.smokedq.com/products/roc...

STEPS:
1. To get started, I preheated my Traeger Flatrock on medium-high heat, using some water to judge when it was warmed up.

2. Once it is up to temp I drizzle on some olive oil, then roll out half the Pillsbury pizza dough on the hot griddle surface and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden and crisp, then I flip it over.

3. Now I build my pizza first with a layer of pizza sauce, then shredded mozzarella, then some pepperoni, ground beef, diced yellow onion, and diced green pepper before finishing off with a heavy layer of mozzarella cheese and sprinkling my Rock's Anytime Seasoning over the top.

4. Then I used a hood to cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the bottom of the dough is crispy.

5. Remove from the griddle, slice, and serve hot.
