PRIVATE SELECTION BUBBLE BAR
Summer is here and what better way to host your next brunch than with a Bubble Bar featuring all my favorite Private Selection products @pvt_selection. This Bubble Bar is fully equipped with a tower of Private Selection pastries, fresh pressed citrus, and some playful tea syrups. The tea flavors include Blood Orange Cranberry, Peach Lemon, and Acai, Pomegranate & Blueberry. They are so simple to make and pair perfectly with some Prosecco! Try the Peach Lemon with some fresh pressed orange juice!
How to make Tea Syrups:
1. 200 grams of hot water
2. Add 1 tbs of Private Selection Loose Leaf Tea or 2 Tea Bags
3. Steep for 10 minutes
4. Strain and weigh your Tea in grams
5. Add equal parts Private Selection Turbinado Sugar
