COCKTAILS | GHOST | BAD BIRDY
When my friend’s @hbomax reached out to me to create a cocktail inspired by one of their series for HBO’s 50th Anniversary, I had to go with Game of Thrones! @gameofthrones
I dedicated this cocktail to Jon Snow’s beautiful white direwolf, Ghost. As Snow’s faithful companion and protector, I think all of us can agree the series left us yearning for a direwolf to bond with!
This cocktail features warm notes of Cognac, Rum and Port Wine paired with a raspberry air making for a multisensory experience. In the series, Snow mentions that Ghost is a quiet wolf and never makes a sound, the element of the air is a node to Ghost and his way of moving undetected and always watchful of Jon. .5oz Port Wine
.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5oz Nutmeg Syrup
2 Muddled Raspberries
