Mixing Vertex Groups in Blender
The video is about Vertex Weight Mix modifier. This modifier mixes a second vertex group (or a simple value) into the affected vertex group, using different operations.
You can animate a vertex group with the modifier. It may be handy when you want to change pin group of cloth during simulation etc.
