Pink AE86 carb air horns install and first start
Here is a time lapse video of the 3d printed air horn being installed on the 4AG engine in my AE86 Corolla. After that, I start the engine for the first time and got it running decent enough to idle. I checked the timing and the distributor was off by a tooth and was running at 5 degrees BTDC. I adjusted it down to 10 degrees ATDC.
**If you are wrapping your header, be mindful of the first start as the wrap begins to burn in. It will smoke so make sure you have adequate ventilation.
