1. Turn on the phone press the top power button
2. After phone turn on press and hold side button for about 10 second till setting menus shows
3. Then click settings press ok
4. The find security press ok
5. Last menu reset all press ok
6. Now press the arrow key upwards keep press till choosing the number 1234
And press ok
7. Ask reset all and press yes button
8. All done phone turn of and turn on automatically
