Simple steps .
1. Take battery off for 10 sec .
2. Insert battery back hold power button -volume up - and home key
3. When the screen light up release all button
4. Now you will see recovery mode screen
5. Drop the menu to factory reset by pressing volume down then press home to select
6. Then next page take you to delete all data
7. If your device have pass try if you don’t have it will reset the phone
8. Otherwise will ask for password now try put incorrect password 6 time then will restore the phone to original
9 . Don’t forget to press like button
