How to hard reset Htc S620
1. Turn the phone off take battery out and wait 5,10 sec then insert back
2. Hold 2 soft key ( please note make sure you only pressing them to key not other keys hold harder ) and press power button for 3 sec
3. Now you will see black screen with some text says press the send button to reset the phone
4. Press the send button ( green ) and wait till phone be reset
5. Done
