1- turn phone of take battery out and put back
2- hold volume up . Home button, together the. Press power button
3- once screen show up release power button keep holding home button and volume up
4- then you will see android logo
5- press back button or it’s setting button
6- you will find the reset menu here scroll down by volume down button to factory reset then press home button
7- now you will see delete all press home button
8- if you forget the password enter any password 5 time then it will reset and delete all data
9- after that you will go back to reset menu
10- then press reboot
11- done
