Soft Crust Egg Pie Recipe
For the crust:
320g (2¼ cups) all purpose flour
76.5g (¼ cup) condensed milk ( or 3 tbsp. white sugar)
250g (1 cup) evaporated milk
19g egg yolk (1 medium sized egg yolk)
14g (1 tbsp.) butter
Filling:
4 pcs. (187g) medium eggs
229g (¾ cup) condensed milk
5 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
Meringue:1 egg whites
1 tbsp. white sugar
Oven temp. 180 °C
Time: 50 minutes
