Months of inventory of homes in Hamilton has more than doubled. So sales are down but home supply keeps going up every single month. That's not good news for people selling their homes in Hamilton.
People moving to hamilton, however, love this market as there are fewer bidding competitions and more supply to choose from.
Smaller communities such as Ancaster, Waterdown and Hamilton downtown are are slow. The only market down ok is Hamilton Mountain.
Average price for a detached house in Hamilton is below $900,000 right now. Down slightly from last month.
