Bank of canada cut the rate a week ago and everybody wants to know if the real estate market has picked up once again. Is this a late spring real estate rush? Some areas that have more affordable homes have picked up slightly but it's not happening all over the GTA.
Homes over one million dollars are still seeing no change. Homes under 600k are starting to see multiple offers once again.
