Halton Is Hurting! 1,186 Cancellations 45 Days!
Halton includes Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Halton Hills. They make up 11% of the homes sales activity on the Toronto MLS. Burlington and Oakville are the biggest markets in Halton but they're both down compared to last year.
Burlington is down around 18% in home sales and Oakville real estate market is about the same. Good news for home sellers though is that the home prices have not really dropped much. Burlington condo prices are up.
