This video will show you how to create an email account in cPanel.
There are many benefits of using a custom domain email address.
Here are two of them.

Second, you don't have to worry about running out of email storage space and pay for additional space.
That said, here's how to create a custom domain email address in cPanel.
First, log in to your cPanel account.
The URL is usually yourdomain.com/cpanel
Head to the Tools section in cPanel
Under Email, click on Email accounts.
You'll see a list of email accounts created previously.
To create a new email account, click on the blue Create button on the right.
You'll be brought to the email account creation page.
The first thing you need to do is choose your domain.
If you have more than one domain, click on the dropdown arrow.
Then select from the list of domains.
Next, enter a username.
Then enter a password.
You can enter your own password or have the system generate a strong password.
There are also optional settings you may want to tweak.
Click on Edit Settings.
First, you want to set the amount of storage space for the email account.
You can set your preferred amount or opt for unlimited space.
Next, you have the option to create folders for plus addressing.

Say your email address is [email protected]
You can create other email addresses for different users based on this email.
For example,admin+mary@yourdomain, admin+john@yourdomain and so on.
When an email is sent to admin+john, a folder will be created for admin+john and the message will be stored in it.
This will be useful if there are many persons who will be using the same primary email account.
If you're the only one using the email, you don't need the folder option.
Then hit Create to set up the account.
Your new email account will be created.
If you want to make changes to your email account, click on Manage.
Here you can change your password and change email storage space.
You can also set restictions by allowing or blocking incoming or outgoing mail.
If you change anything here, click on update email settings.
Now let's check whether the new email account works.
Let's first send an email from the new email account.
To do that, click on check email either from this page or from the main page.
To send an email, click on the pencil icon on the left.
