Jess - Partnerships Manager and WelTec Graduate
When Jess made the switch from university to WelTec, she found it was a lot easier to build relationships with her classmates and teachers. The passion for study she'd lost at university came back, and she felt comfortable being herself, making it easy to engage in class.
During her studies, Jess was given the chance to work on industry projects, where students would go into the community, meet with clients and work on business projects. She learned how to create and nurture relationships with stakeholders, which is a key part of her job now.
Now, Jess is working as a partnerships manager at Plunket, where she's able to work across a range of creative and exciting projects.
