Watch this video to learn how to program in assembly. We create a new source file and generate configuration bits to enable the internal oscillator. We then define an INIT subroutine configure the internal oscillator frequency to 4 MHz. This frequency is handy as it gives us an instruction frequency of 1 MHz (Fosc / 4) or one instruction cycle per microsecond.
