In this two-part practical demonstration, I show my tips for how to effectively work on both Windows and Linux machines that have multiple ITX versions installed.
Tips:
Windows
Organise your Windows Start Menu
Path (none in default) – Script for setting quickly
Get to know the name of the executables (or create shortcuts)
ExtenderStudio (es/ds), dtxcmdsv64 (cs), dbedit (dbe), mercse (ifd), etc…
Linux (Unix)
Start a new shell before running the setup script
Run one version per connection/terminal session
