• The most important lifestyle modification is that breast cancer patients should stick to their treatment, and they should complete the whole treatment procedure.
• Exercise regularly as it reduces the risk of recurrence of cancer.
• Have a healthy diet. It has been found that people who are strictly vegetarian have less risk of cancer than those who eat non-veg food.
• Alcohol consumption is very dangerous as it gives rise to various types of cancers including breast cancer. Also, quit smoking.
• If you have had breast cancer earlier you should do a self-breast examination every month, you need to be aware of your own body.
• Be a leader, inspire people through your experiences, and help others to overcome breast cancer.
