A quick explanation of the key differences in the steps between installation of ITX 9 and earlier versions vs ITX 10 and later versions.
ITX 10 Runtime and Monitoring is a package containing all runtimes (Command Server, Launcher, API, REST API, and integrations with various integration servers - ACE/Sterling B2BI/ITX-Advanced/etc)
Unlike ITX 9.0.0.x and earlier, there is no longer an install script (DTXINST). The .tar.gz file is just extracted to the final execution point. The first execution of the setup script will make key changes to the libs/install.properties file, so it is essential that this be accomplished by somebody with the appropriate read/write permissions.
