Understand How Connected Everything Is
In this video, Bentinho emphasizes the power of how our thoughts manifest in the physical world, with examples of both positive and negative outcomes. He encourages us to take responsibility for our thoughts and their impact on the world, rather than dismissing them as unimportant, because everything on Earth—from volcanoes to solar flares to wildfires—is a reflection of the atmosphere of human collective consciousness.
So we’re encouraged to pay more attention to where our mind wanders, because we can’t change what we don’t own and we can’t transcend what we don’t acknowledge. By knowing the impact our thoughts have, and their effects in the world, we will naturally be inspired to gain self-mastery over them.
When doing this, however, he reminds us to not give any of our thoughts significance, because when we do, we can become strapped to the thoughts and caught up in them. And from that state, we also would not be able to responsibly do much with them.
In the end, Bentinho advises us to acknowledge and let go of negative thoughts by taking full ownership of them, instead of taking on the burden of having only partial responsibility and feeling ourselves to be a victim to circumstances. So we are encouraged to embrace radical responsibility in order to find clear direction, forgiveness, healing, and wholeness.
