Guided Meditation: Creating Heaven on Earth
In this video, Bentinho leads a beautiful group meditation on the wish-fulfilled state of Shambala. It begins with you being invited to step into the imaginative realm, as you fast-forward the world outside of your house to be 30 years in the future, while just one day passes from within your home.
You’re asked to imagine opening your front door and feeling liquid white light stream through the crack in the door. You feel nothing but pure Love. You breathe in the Love that is all around you, permeating through you. Your heart opens like a door with the Love that is in the air.
You become a transformed being and feel total safety in this place—physically so relaxed and safe in the outer world, that there’s no difference between your deepest meditation and the world "out there."
You can’t help but feel light, with no pain and no fear. You feel total openness. The entire planet has turned into a safe, protective playground, having reached the zenith where destruction, lies, fear, and insecurity can no longer exist.
Your entire body feels relaxed when you breathe in this light. You are aligned and in love with everyone. As you breathe this in, you’re invited to come from this reality, and stay true to this reality, where there is no opposition to Love any longer.
You can feel the joy, the bliss, and the liberation. This is Shambala.
Regardless of what happens in the world, you’re invited to stay true to this vision, this reality, which is here now. You can be this now. Step into Shambala now. Don’t act towards it—act from it. Don’t meditate on it—meditate from it.
