In this eleventh episode of my VFX Compositing Series, I tackled a project from my master's course in VFX where the goal was to transform a forest scene. The task involved removing houses from the landscape to make it look abandoned and untouched by civilization.
After clearing the scene, I worked on a detailed color correction to blend in a new mountain backdrop, creating a sense of depth and isolation. The challenge was ensuring the transition between the forest and the distant mountains felt natural and immersive.
