Mini pancakes with banana
1 egg
20 g of sugar
90 g of flour
5 grams of baking powder
80 g of milk
2 bananas
oil for frying
1. Mix the egg and sugar.
2. Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder and milk in several steps.
3. Knead a homogeneous, smooth dough.
4. Peel the bananas and cut them into rings.
5. Add bananas to the dough and mix thoroughly so that every piece is in the dough.
6. Place the fritters on a heated pan and fry on medium heat with the lid closed for a minute on each side.
7. Serve with berries, fruits, honey or yogurt.
