220 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
250 g pumpkin puree
120 g veggie or olive oil
220 g all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
150 g ground walnut
1. Boil the pumpkin, drain the water, cool and make puree from it.
2. Mix eggs with sugar, add veggie oil and pumpkin puree.
3. Add flour with spices and mix the dough well.
4. Add nuts and bake at a temperature of 180‘C (356’F) for about 60-70 minutes. Stick the cake with a toothpick, it should come out dry.
5. Remove the cake from the mold and place it on a wire rack to cool
6. Serve with ice cream
