We stayed at the Heritage Inn on the way to Banff. It is being totally remodeled and with that the remodeled rooms are new and clean, but we paid $200/night for this which I thought was too expensive. Although the rooms are new, they have a cold feeling about them, not cozy. Outside our window was a gravel pit, a junk yard and tractor trailer parking lot. The positive, GOOD restaurant.
