💡 One of the highlights of Z-SUITE BETA slicer is the way of generating supports in metal 3D prints. When 3D printing with metallic powder filaments ➡️ BASF Ultrafuse® 316L and BASF Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH ⬅️ all support structures are divided into smaller blocks and narrowed towards the bottom.

This solution makes supports removal an effortless ✅ task which you can complete by simply breaking off all of the unnecessary elements from your metal 3D models. No additional tools required. In the video, you can see a steel filter adapter which can now undergo welding, polishing or any other processing typical for steel ⚙️

🔎 Another advantage of these improvements is that once you remove all supports, you will notice less visible footprint on the models’ surfaces. Z-SUITE BETA has now become even more fine-tuned with the nature of metal 3D printing and two-stage post-processing.
