Emotional intelligence at the Workplace (part 2)
I initially spoke about this topic few years ago, but today, I’m making a Part 2, now with more experience on how EQ plays out in the work place.
One thing to note is that as long as you are in a workplace, you will meet people with different kinds of people.
But with emotional intelligence and it’s components, you should be able to learn how to manage yourself and the people around you.
Don’t get tired of a job because of the people you work with, rather get tired of a job because of the job itself. (Duchess 2022)
