Effective communication
Effective communication is a process of exchanging ideas, thoughts, knowledge and information in a way that the purpose or intention is fulfilled in the best possible manner.
Most times lack of effective communication does not necessarily have to come from the sender of the message, it can come from the receiver.
It is also important to note that Lack Effective communication is a two way thing. The sender has to send and effective message and the receiver has to be prepared to interpret and understand the message sent effectively.
