1st - Idea - Going through the week constantly thinking "what's a great topic that will help serve people who take time out of their day to watch this"
2nd - Writing it out - Sitting down and writing out a rough script or guide to follow so as not to ramble or drone on and on. (nobody wants that)
3rd - Set up- Setting up the environment and space to create. Setting up the lights, connecting the microphone and finally...hitting RECORD.
4th - Remembering what I am talking about.
5th - completing the recording, transferring it from iphone to the computer (this alone takes forever) and uploading it to the editing software.
6th - Editing - Splitting, cutting, trimming, adding effects and music and audio. Making sure it flows and makes sense.
7th - The infamous Thumbnail. Creating a Thumbnail that tells the story. That is engaging so people can tell what the video is about so they can decide to click and watch.
8th - Uploading to YouTube - Writing out the description and TAGS and end screens and Cards for SEO purposes and Keyword search Purposes
9th - Watching your video gain momentum and views and comments and replying back to the comments.
10th - Looking at the analytics to see where and how to improve.
11th - Do it all over again.
