Gateway communities are an important stop on any adventure. They often embrace the travelers and trail users who pass through them and are dedicated to protecting the natural spaces around them.
Principle 7, Be Considerate of Others, applies to the communities we pass through when spending time outdoors.
Be courteous in town, follow local rules about overnight parking and trash disposal, support local businesses, and Leave No Trace!
