BALANCING JOKER - ITALIAN
Let us make a Joker which balances and spins.
You will need a slipper, sticks, nuts and other odd material.
First fix pivot to the round rubber face.
Attach long sticks as arms to the face.
Fix steel nuts as weights at the end of the arms.
Now place the pivot on a bottle cap.
Give the Joker a little push.
The Jolly Joker will rock and roll.
Give the Joker a circular jerk.
Then it will dance in circles.
