XReal Air AR glasses wired + Beam setup
I happened to buy Xreal Air AR smart glasses recently & the latest Xreal Beam but there are several limitations when using the beam. (DRM & wireless hotspot weird issues)
So I decided to research on getting the Xreal Beam to connect to my iPhone 14 Pro Max directly with cables.
XReal website do sell some cables that connect directly but doesn’t ship to Singapore (only United States)
So I bought the lightning to HDMI female adapter (Lazada Unreal reseller) + GoFanCo Male HDMI to USB C female (Amazon SG) + USB C video cable (Amazon SG) to connect to Xreal Beam
That’s my set up at the moment but since I don’t have android so I don’t know android set up.
Update: tested again & it looks like it’s charging the beam but it’s fake, the battery level kept going down while beam is plugged in to the Xreal air
