i Series Tray Denester
The i Series Washdown specification High Speed Tray Denester with large capacity tray magazine offers a solution for denesting trays with soak pads/peach pads using a positive blade tray separation system. The machine is extremely flexible and can handle a range of tray sizes, fully adjustable between trays with no size parts required. Equipped with a high capacity driven belt tray magazine, the machine offers extended periods between tray loading and is equipped with a large touch screen HMI for machine configuration.
The i Series uses the latest servo drive technology to enable the machine to be easily configured to suit specific requirements and applications, using the engineer set-up level on the screen.
