If you have made it this far, I have no doubt that you have really big dreams and know that LinkedIn can help you achieve them.
I assume you want to connect to thousands of people and get as many deals as possible.
Now you need to understand that there are limits to how much you can do on LinkedIn.
Once you understand that, you can start planning around these restrictions LinkedIn tries its best to fight SPAM and Automation software.
They analyzed what one person could do realistically and set the restrictions to your account: how many people you can connect to, how many messages you can send, and of course how fast you are doing it, the time between each click But there are also limits also of how many results you are getting for each search.
LinkedIn won’t just show you hundreds of millions of results as Google is doing, so every result is limited to 100 pages.
Now, if you work in a team and you all search for the same Ideal customer profile, you need somehow to split the results, to get more of these 100 pages results, and also to make sure that your team members are not contacting the same people twice or triple with similar messages.
So, using the Location filter in the people search, you can search for people in a certain country, state, or city to make sure you have saved enough of these 100 pages results, and then just copy the URL in a google sheet.
Remember that google sheet I gave to you for free a few lessons ago?
I recommend having a column or a row or in that sheet to save the URL, as the Linkedin search result URL has all the search parameters of the page.
It shows all the filters you put into your search as well as what page you were on.
So saving it will allow you the next day to open the exact page where you stopped and continue from there.
The last thing you want every day before you start adding new connections is to click through 50 pages that you already visited the day before. This would be a big waste of time for you and your team.
